This post is mostly for my generation of people. Excuse my blunt attitude but, it's an issue I deal with daily with my friends etc. and I figured a little light needs to be shed on the topic.

Some men, and women don't understand the power and influence a woman has on her own life.
Men think they can dick around and be "a Boss" women think they can be stepped all over...
It's not like that at all...

If a guy doesn't seriously respect me, he doesn't even get a chance. I can seriously spot douche bags a mile away, you show respect the first time I meet you. If you don't have it you, don't get it. (My attention or affection, etc.)

Women you have the power to pay for your own shit... I'm serious don't ask for a dime. If it's not in my budget I'm not gonna buy it. Stop buying expensive bags, clothes, etc. That shit will make you broke and have you turn to someone to be your safety net. I'm not being mean, I'm saying you can totally support yourself. No body needs to be your back up, be your own safety net. Budget right and you can buy your make-up and other monthly expenses just fine. Of course gifts are gifts you can't really deny someone taking the time, energy, and money to show gratitude etc. unless you feel the gift is not appropriate.

Cry their eyes out and drunk text this douche bag that doesn't give to shits about her... Take charge of your life buck up and find a dude that's worth your time. We look for love, and when we don't find our perfect match right away we take someone, push our expectations on them and try so hard to make them good enough... That's why most relationships fail...

All I can say is play the game like the big boys do.

1. Be picky about who you hook up with. Set a criteria and stick to it.

2. Spend your own cash, not others. No debt= No problems.

3. Never let them see you cry. Save that vunerability for someone who loves you and will be with you. Crying to every guy about little problems just looks silly and like your an attention-seeker.

4. Don't deal with their crap. Seriously if they hop into the drama boat, leave 'em at the shore.

In the end boys and girls happiness is possible. One day maybe you'll find someone to be with, but don't give your heart away like candy on Halloween, soon you'll have no pieces left and for what? Some ungrateful little fuckers to nom on your hard-earned cash...screw that! Wait for that person who won't just be a trick-or-treater find someone who will spend all the holidays with you :) haha

Relationships are about equality. If my man buys me something, I'll get him a gift back. We split expenses and do trade offs. We offer each other support and treat each other equally.
